Chanteroy is a beloved French deli with three locations in South London, known for its artisanal charm, fresh pastries, and outstanding reputation. Loyal customers queue outside on weekends for their baguettes, which many reviewers have hailed as “the best in London.” Despite this strong in-person brand experience, Chanteroy’s digital presence did not reflect the same quality. Their website lacked structure, aesthetic appeal, and a coherent user experience. As a result, potential customers struggled to use it for basic tasks like browsing or placing an order. The gap between the store's physical charm and the digital platform presented a clear opportunity: to redesign the website in a way that better captured the essence of Chanteroy,its warmth, quality, and community spirit.
